Where can you specifically get a list of local foreclosure homes and the private sale auction time/dates?

I tried to find info. in local newspaper but was unsuccessful. Is there a specific website to check it out?

Bear in mind that foreclosure websites are not known for their accuracy. Some of the houses you will find have been redeemed or have been transferred by short sale. But a website without alot of listings will not be well traveled, so they don’t update them, they just add new offerings.

Call the county clerk’s office in your county to inquire about how they list their properties for the foreclosure sales. Some counties have it online, others require you to go to their office. All info is free. They do charge to make copies though. Good Luck!!!
